Peter Harrion’s cooking for beginners course aims to take you from enthusiastic novice to a competent cook.
By the end of the course you will have confidence in the kitchen and be ready to share your new skills with family and friends.
The course will run from 1.00pm until 4.30pm on 4th December 2016 and includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and the recipes for the day will be provided.

About the Kenton Hall Estate Food Hub cookery School
The Food Hub is home to a state of the art cookery school, butchery with a smokehouse and curing facilities and a commercial catering kitchen. Set up with the aim to create a real ‘foodie’ hub in Mid-Suffolk, it supports the local food and farming industries and ingredients, and produce used in the courses are sourced as locally and as seasonally as possible.
