Peter will be bringing his flair and surprise to celebrate foods of the changing season at these monthly autumn suppers at Brick Kiln Barn…
Saturday 14 November 2015, starts at 7.30pm.
The remaining Suppers of 2015 have some of Peter’s favourite seasonal ingredients at their heart, to which he will bring his personal flair and surprise us in very nice ways. These Saturday Suppers are always a bit adventurous. Make the most of the darker evenings in good company with like-minded people. Everything will be cooked entirely from scratch and to perfection. Peter will always ensure dietary requirements are taken into account, to include vegetarian adaptations. A recent guest coming for the first time commented:
‘Thank you for the most wonderful evening on Saturday. We all enjoyed it tremendously. It’s a lovely thing you do there – with a unique atmosphere.’
Arrive in time for a glass or two of Prosecco and a round or three of Peter’s innovative canapés.
Wild mushrooms have to be on the table and this menu has them at its heart:
Pinney’s smoked haddock, coriander spiced lentils
Roast guinea fowl breast, wild mushrooms
Warm poached pears, iced nougat
£43 per person.
No wine list but you can buy house wines or bring your own.
