Brunch cookery course with Peter Harrison at Kenton Hall Estate

Easy like Sunday morning… join Chef Peter Harrison to create delicious brunch recipes that you will love cooking time and time again

Sunday brunch is the ultimate foodie indulgence! Surely the perfect lazy Sunday morning features a long brunch with family and friends, a Bloody Mary and a delicious feast. Peter Harrison will show you how to tackle a leisurely weekend brunch in style. Once you’ve prepared your dishes, you will take a seat at our dining table and dig in! We’ll provide a Bloody Mary (or glass of fizz) and as much tea or coffee as you need.

Recipes on this course may include:

• Eggs Benedict with hollandaise
• Kedgeree
• Smoked salmon croque monsieur
• Bircher muesli with seasonal compote
• Avocado on sourdough toast with spinach, egg & tomato
• Huevo rancheros
• Cinnamon french toast

The course at takes place at Kenton Hall Estate Food Hub on 13 March 2016, 9am–1pm. £65.00 per person.

The course includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, brunch and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and the recipes for the day will be provided.
