Alde Valley Spring Festival Farm Supper with Peter Harrison, 18th May

Join Peter Harrison for a three course farm supper in the White House Farm dining rooms, held each Thursday from 27th April to 20th May 2017 as part of the Alde Valley Spring Festival.

The ticket price includes refreshment upon arrival and a three course bespoke supper created by Peter Harrison served by candle light in the farmhouse Dining Rooms. Guests of Honour each week include writers staying at the farm and local producers. Max 36 guests for each Supper, so please book early.

Thursday 18th May

The final Farm Supper for Spring Festival 2017 supper will present foods from plants and trees in the Alde Valley together fresh seasonal produce from Glemham House gardens and the Suffolk Coast. Dishes will include : asparagus salad. Lemon tart, elderflower sorbet.

Guests of Honour include Jack Cooke, author of “The Tree Climber’s Guide” (Harper Collins, 2016).

7.30pm arrival for a 8.00pm start
