During the evening you will learn how to make a range of wonderful canapés, that you can recreate in your own kitchen over the festive season. This is a great evening to come along to with a group of friends and get in the festive spirit.
The evening will run from 6.30pm until 8.30pm on 2nd December 2016. Tickets are £20 per person and include a glass of Aspall Mulled Cyder on arrival, a cookery demonstration with chef Peter Harrison and of course lots of tasters throughout the evening!

About the Kenton Hall Estate Food Hub cookery School
The Food Hub is home to a state of the art cookery school, butchery with a smokehouse and curing facilities and a commercial catering kitchen. Set up with the aim to create a real ‘foodie’ hub in Mid-Suffolk, it supports the local food and farming industries and ingredients, and produce used in the courses are sourced as locally and as seasonally as possible.
