I will be collaborating with floral designer Kim Beedie of Figa & Co. on 27th November for a very special Christmas Entertaining course at Brick Kiln Barn.
Kim Beedie specialises in unique floral art for decoration, interior design, photographic sets and events and will bring you all the professional knowledge and skill you need to create a fabulous visual and culinary feast for all your seasonal entertaining. She will be demonstrating how to dress your house with floral panache from creating a stunning table setting to learning the tricks of making festive swags and wreaths. You will also get a chance to make and take home a stunning amaryllis topiary.
I will demonstrate how to make the most delicious and visually tantalizing canapes and party drinks as well as talking you through the elements which will make up the delicious seasonal lunchtime buffet we will serve you on the day.
To wrap up your day we will ask you to join us for a festive aperitif and to sample some canapes while we answer any questions. We will ensure that you leave us armed with all the know how to entertain in style this Christmas.
