Field to Fork Beef with Peter Harrison
This course at Kenton Hall Estate is dedicated to showcasing Great British Beef.
They rear their own English Longhorn cattle for beef and you will learn about their beef production on their farm tour before having a beef butchery demonstration with butchers Palfrey and Hall and cookery demonstration with Peter Harrison. Learn how to select, prepare and cook different cuts in a variety of delicious dishes.
Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine on arrival, along with delicious tasters throughout the evening.
