Throw yourself into creating a fantastic Italian feast, using well tried and tested recipes. I will show you the basics of making a wonderful pasta dough and then guide you through a number of delicious options from which to choose; tortelli to tortellini and lasagne to linguine.
You will not only master the art of pasta but also Italian classics including risotto, breads, authentic sauces and magnificent main dishes.
The course includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and the recipes for the day will be provided.
