Enjoy a day with chef Peter Harrison on a wonderful Italian cookery course at Kenton Hall Estate Food Hub Cookery School.
Throw yourself into creating a fantastic Italian feast, using well tried and tested recipes. Peter will show you the basics of making a wonderful pasta dough and then guide you through a number of delicious options from which to choose; tortelli to tortellini and lasagne to linguine. You will not only master the art of pasta but also Italian classics including risotto, breads, authentic sauces and magnificent main dishes.
Example recipes on this course may include:

• Pizza & flatbreads
The course at takes place at Kenton Hall Estate Food Hub on 27 February 2016, 10am–3pm.
It includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, three-course lunch and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and the recipes for the day will be provided.
