Join me for a day of pastry enlightenment, when the secrets of making first class pastry are revealed.
This pastry cookery course is perfect for those wanting to improve pastry making skills. Once you have mastered the classic pastry recipes, you can put them to good use to create endless sweet and savoury dishes.
Course participants will have a fully hands on experience, there will be a maximum number of 8 people on the course. This course includes refreshments – tea and coffee throughout the day and a delicious lunch – which you will partly cook yourself! All the ingredients, equipment and the recipes for the day are also included. You will take home all your produce at the end of the day.
