To get the evening off to a good start, have a glass of Prosecco and polish off some canapés, followed by a further delicious three courses:
Seasonal lobster risotto
Slow roast duck, three middle eastern inspired salads, pomegranate dressing, yoghurt and mint
Pistachio and lemon cake with poached rhubarb and a vanilla rosewater cream
