I have a delicious menu lined-up for our next Brick Kiln Barn Supper on 8th August featuring lobster and Suffolk Heritage coast sea bass.
To get the evening off to a good start, have a glass of Prosecco and polish off some canapés, followed by a further three courses.
Suffolk Heritage coast fillet of sea bass, samphire and Romesco sauce.
Warm seasonal lobster salad, Thorpeness tomatoes and basil oil.
Elderflower infused High House Gooseberries with Sour Dough Ice Cream.
