Not quite time for predicatable comfort foods, I’ve designed a menu that introduces some stunning seasonal tastes only available for a short few weeks of the year.
Get the evening off to a good start with four delicious canapés and a few glasses of Prosecco, followed by a three-course, seasonal set menu:

Roast baby beets, goats curd, sunflower hearts
Main
Braised beef cheeks, charred sweetcorn kernels, greens salad
Dessert
Blueberry semi-freddo
