Go wild in the woods! A rare chance to eat the best venison and fresh forest mushrooms. I’m heading off to the woods for this treat of a three-course autumnal supper, and will be picking a selection of edible fungi to bring back to Brick Kiln Barn.
The main course will be venison, local of course, hung properly and cooked to perfection. To get the evening off to a good start, have a glass of Prosecco and polish off some irresistible canapés.
