Course details

You will create a delicious assortment of truly tasty vegetarian dishes using the best seasonal vegetables sourced from Kenton Hall Estate’s kitchen garden, where they grow a huge variety of fruit and vegetables. A guided tour of the garden is included as part of the course, where you’ll pick vegetables to cook with. Peter will help you discover new ways to turn vegetables into complete meals and leave with expert knowledge to feed your family and to impress your friends.

Example recipes on this course may include:

• Pearl barley, watercress and pea risotto
• Mediterranean meze
• Moroccan spiced aubergine
• Italian caponata
• Veggie pasties
• Cheese soufflé

The vegetarian cookery course at takes place at Kenton Hall Estate Food Hub on 22nd March 2017, 10am–3pm. £99.00 per person.

The course includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, three-course lunch and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and the recipes for the day will be provided.
