Sourcing local and seasonal ingredients is part of the ethos at Kenton Hall Estate, with their very own kitchen garden, butchery and longhorn beef produced on the estate its the ideal setting for this course and the perfect course for any culinary or gardening enthusiast.
Start the day with a trailer ride around our farm then enjoy tea, cake and a tour of kitchen garden with all-round growing hero Paddy. After collecting your ingredients, we will make our way back to the cookery school to prepare a number of simple and delicious dishes that focus on vegetables and reflect our natural approach to cooking.
Includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and the recipes for the day will be provided.
