It’s time to turn away from fast growing, successional crops of high summer, to a new season of foods which have taken their time to develop quintessential flavours of Autumn. Without doubt, some of Peter’s favourite ingredients will be on the table!
Arrive in time for a glass or two of Prosecco and delicious canapés followed by a further delicious three courses in the warm and in the convivial surroundings of the Barn.
Guineafowl and butternut squash ravioli, wild mushrooms
Fillet of sea bass hollandaise, Parmentier potatoes, seasonal greens
Churros, chocolate sauce (Pump Street Ecuadorian 85%), pears
(The menu which can be adapted for special diets and a vegetarian option can be pre-selected for any course.)

The dinners at Brick Kiln Barn provide a rare opportunity for those in the know to experience what will, on the night, be the best food on the tables of Suffolk. Peter’s followers, many from his previous restaurant Harrison’s will, one and all, attest to the imagination and sheer style which Peter will bring to his choice of local ingredients.
