My Simple Seasonal Supper Course at the Kenton Hall Estate Cookery School is for those who are short on time, but don’t want to compromise on cooking delicious food.
We will be using the best seasonal produce to create wonderful dishes that you will look forward to preparing – no matter how busy your day has been. Focusing on simple recipes, this series of evening courses which feature hands-on cooking plus demonstrations in a relaxed atmosphere with wine & supper included.
The series will provide you with a delicious cooking repertoire that includes several recipes for a variety of starters, main courses, and desserts.
The fourth course will feature a delicious starter, meat main course and dessert with a focus on maximising seasonal, fresh ingredients. The evening includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, refreshments and supper. All the ingredients, equipment and the recipes will be provided.
