In this course Peter will help you create a dinner party with restaurant style dishes, a focus on seasonal ingredients, presentation, taste and importantly timing so you can host as well as cook. The perfect course for those looking for inspiration or a confidence boost ahead of your next evening entertaining.
Example recipes on this course may include:
• Canapés including: Parmesan shortbread, Field mushroom arancini, Watermelon, feta skewer, Pork and chorizo salad
• Starter: Jerusalem artichoke and red onion salad
• Main: Spring Lamb, seasonal Quinoa and cous cous salad, Harissa dressing.
• Dessert: Hot chocolate fondant, rhubarb fool
The course at takes place at Kenton Hall Estate Food Hub on 26th April 2017, 10am–3pm. £99.00 per person (please check times and costs with the Food Hub Cookery School).
The course includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, three-course lunch and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and the recipes for the day will be provided.
