Make the most of the summer and learn to barbecue like a professional at Kenton Hall Estate.
This course aims to fill you with inspiration, confidence and ideas. I will give you advice on choosing the perfect cuts of meat and fish to pop on the grill, as well as teaching different techniques including slow-cooking and we will also cover a number of marinades, rubs and salad accompaniments to make sure that the only thing that you can’t control is the weather.
Includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch and refreshments. All the ingredients, equipment and the recipes for the day will be provided.
