Join Peter Harrison at the Kenton Hall Estate Food Hub Cookery School for a demonstration showing you how to produce some of the most wonderful paella and tapas dishes from fresh, local ingredients, accompanied by traditional Sangria.
Spanish food combines fresh flavours with Mediterranean flair and is a great choice for foodies, so please join us for a Spanish Tapas & Paella Evening. Tapas are small dishes of anything that can be served as a bigger dish, Tapas dishes create a dining experience like a tasting menu. Paella is a Valencian rice dish with ancient roots, the dish is widely regarded as Spain’s national dish.
The evening will take place on 20th May and will run from 6.30pm until 8.30pm. Tickets are £15 per person and include a glass of Sangria on arrival, a cookery demonstration with chef Peter Harrison and of course lots of tasters!
