Please join Peter Harrison for a Spanish tapas & paella evening at Kenton Hall Estate – celebrating the fresh flavours and Mediterranean flair of Spanish cooking.
Tapas dishes create a sharing style dining experience, which makes it the perfect food to serve at parties. Paella is a Valencian rice dish with ancient roots; the dish is widely regarded as Spain’s national dish. Chef Peter Harrison will show you how to produce some of the most wonderful paella and tapas dishes from the freshest ingredients sourced locally, accompanied by traditional Sangria.
The evening will run from 6.30pm until 8.30pm on Wednesday 10th May. Tickets are £25 per person and include a glass of Sangria on arrival, a cookery demonstration with chef Peter Harrison along with a tapas and paella supper.
