Peter Harrison’s Vegetarian Cookery

On this vegetarian cookery course you’ll use the best of what’s in season and the vegetables you can source locally to create truly tasty vegetarian dishes

Course participants will have a fully hands on experience, there will be a maximum number of 8 people on the course. This course includes refreshments – tea and coffee throughout the day. All the ingredients, equipment and the recipes for the day are also included. You will take home all your produce at the end of the day.
